Were hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a leading food manufacturing facility in Brantford. In this hands-on leadership role, youll oversee a team of skilled trades to ensure safe, efficient operation of production equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Youll manage daily maintenance activities, coordinate preventive and corrective work, and collaborate closely with operations and engineering to meet production goals.
