DAP Canada is looking for an Office & HR Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the business, such as finance support, payroll & benefits, mail, and customer communications. This role reports to the HR Director; dotted line to General Manager andis based at DAP Canadas office/warehouse facility in Scarborough until the business relocates to Concord, Ontario in January 2026. Provide customers with invoice copies, PODs, packing slips as needed Answer main office phone line Order office supplies and maintain inventory HR Administration Process payroll semi-monthly Manage payroll deductions Employee Health Tax reporting at year-end General HR functions Assist with recruitment; Serve as Company policy administrator, address inquiries regarding the policy Site lead for the employee engagement survey enter new hire data in Oracle. Other administrative tasks as required and assigned.
