Job Description

Were seeking an experienced and strategic Office Manager to join our Kitchener office. In this role, you''ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support corporate objectives. You will also provide direct leadership to our Commercial Risk Placement Team and act as a key liaison with Head Office. Reporting to the EVP, Commercial Lines, you will lead the Commercial Risk Placement team, maximizing client experience and ensuring service standards are achieved. You will also collaborate with the regional sales team and personal lines team towards greater operational efficiency and processes to achieve corporate objectives. Be a Senior Leader to our Commercial Risk Placement Team (Kitchener) Lead short-term, defined-scope projects to support regional and corporate goals. Liaison with our Head Office on regional matters. Assist with Regional administration duties as needed Assist in resolving technical issues.
