Gender Equality Advocate We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Gender Equality Advocate. In this role, you will work closely with our partners to promote gender equality and social inclusion in Honduras. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about gender equality and has experience working in international development. As a Gender Equality Advocate, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing draft institutional diagnoses, policies, and strategic plans to ensure they align with normative instruments. You will also prepare training plans for communities and staff, and have previous experience in planning processes, research, teaching, training, and facilitation. Additionally, you must have demonstrated experience working in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team.
