Were looking for a Director of Recruitment to lead and grow our recruiting division. Youll take full ownership of our internal recruitment team, oversee client delivery, and build out the structure to scalewhether were hiring for ourselves or managing large client mandates. Ensure high-quality delivery across all recruiting mandates Set and manage KPIs, scorecards, and performance standards Step in to support client work when neededmodel excellence Oversee hiring for internal roles (recruiters, consultants, and sales team) Youve led full-cycle recruitment teamsand know how to drive results You thrive in fast-paced, no-excuse environments and love building from the ground up Bonus: experience in executive search, RPO, or managing large delivery teams Senior Recruiter or Team Lead ready to step into a Director role Recruitment Manager or Delivery Lead from a search, staffing, or consulting firm Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure tied to client delivery and team success Burnaby, BC (In-office, 5 days/week) Office may relocate to Port Moody or the Tri-Cities area in the near future
