**Join a team where your attention to detail and coordination skills keeps people safeand projects moving forward!** Raylec Power LP, part of the Mainroad Group, is looking for a Traffic Control Coordinator to support safe and efficient roadwork operations across Vancouver Island. This full-time role will be based out of our Nanaimo (Duke Point) or Victoria office and will report to the General Manager. **What youll do:** * Assisting with traffic management plan designs using Invarion Rapid Plan. * Coordinating traffic control subcontractors and on-site setups. * Collaborate with the safety advisor to ensure traffic control measures meet WorkSafeBC requirements and MoTT Traffic Management Manual Standards. * Coaching crews and supporting project managers on traffic layouts. * Managing permits, plan documents, and status reports. * Supporting collaboration between site and office team. ***Training and guidance will be provided in all key areasincluding traffic regulations and standard, layout design and implementation, and MoTT permit reporting.*** **What were looking for:** * Basic knowledge of traffic safety standards (MoTT manual experience is a plus) * Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe) * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * A valid Class 5 drivers license and reliable vehicle * Flexibility to travel to worksites across Vancouver Island * A self-starter mindset and willingness to take on new challenges **Why join us?** At Raylec Power LP, youll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team within the Mainroad Group, a respected infrastructure services provider in BC.
