**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience painting, staining, clear coating and wallpapering in homes. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects. **Duties** * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary. * Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. * Restore and maintain existing painted surfaces to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal. * Operate power tools and other equipment safely and effectively. * Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. * Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. **Requirements** * Proven experience in residential painting, industrial painting, or construction painting is preferred. * Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials. * Ability to use power tools and other equipment safely. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * A valid driver''s license may be required for travel between job sites. * Live in proximity to Muskoka Join our team of dedicated professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and contribute to creating beautiful spaces!
