**About Us:** Impressions Group Ottawa is a multi-service company specializing in pool and spa services, landscaping, construction, and heavy equipment logistics. We''re growing fast and looking for a skilled Dispatcher to coordinate pool service orders, support our customers, and manage dispatch operations for our vehicles and product deliveries. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable **Dispatcher** to oversee scheduling and order management across multiple service departments. This includes pool openings/closings, regular maintenance, repair visits, and coordinating heavy equipment dispatch for dump trucks and landscape material deliveries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and delivers outstanding customer support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Schedule and dispatch technicians for pool openings, closings, repairs, and maintenance * Dispatch dump trucks, delivery vehicles, and equipment for landscape product delivery and job sites * Answer customer inquiries and take detailed service orders via phone and email * Enter and update work orders in our service management software * Monitor job progress and communicate real-time changes to technicians and clients * Coordinate between departments to avoid scheduling conflicts and maximize route efficiency * Provide excellent, timely customer service and follow-ups * Document and escalate urgent issues to management as needed **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * 2+ years of **dispatching or scheduling experience**, preferably in trades, logistics, or service industries * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to handle **high volumes of calls and requests simultaneously** * Proficient in using **dispatching, CRM, or field service software** * Comfortable navigating **multiple platforms and digital tools** such as Microsoft 365 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in pool services, landscaping, construction, or heavy equipment dispatch * Familiarity with eastern Ontario geography for route planning **Why Work with Us?** * Join a growing, fast-paced company with a tight-knit team * Diverse role with room to grow and learn multiple business streams * Competitive compensation and a supportive work environment * Be part of a company that values reliability, communication, and trust Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
