This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment. **Accountabilities** ==================== * Follow company processes and company Safe Work Procedures and Practices * Work within company, customer, and other existing standards and regulations pertaining to their scope of work * Reporting and rectifying of potential hazards, accidents, and near misses * Assist with job costing reporting, reconciliations * Assist with recurring monthly accruals and allocations * Assist with analyzing income statements for correctness and report on variances * Assist with accurate and timely reconciliation of all divisional balance sheet accounts including bank reconciliations * Assist with preparation of monthly working papers to support the financial statements * Assist with preparation of bank reporting * Assistance with the preparation of the year-end financial reporting working papers * Document and Data control * Process and file purchase order * Process and file work orders * Credit Card reconciliations * Set up Credit with customers * Prepare job contracts * Collect customer satisfaction reports, surveys, and questionnaires * Daily reporting of functions * Distribute and review quality assurance forms * Receive, process, and file invoices * Manage office supply orders * Promote a healthy company culture built around our Mission, Vision, and Golden Rules **Competencies** ================ * Action Oriented enjoys working hard;
