Youre part of the family! **Why Join Us?** * Competitive Pay Rate! * Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance * RRSP Match * We promise you wont find a better roofing company in Toronto! **What You''ll Bring to the Team:** * Skills & Qualifications: * Experience and knowledge in various types of roofing systems * Ability to Read and interpret blue prints * Estimate all different roofing systems * Proficient in Excel, Word and other software * Attend site meetings * Review specifications & drawings * Liaison with building owners, consultants, general contractors and suppliers **Experience Required** * Minimum of 5 years in the roofing industry * Must have minimum of 1 year roofing project manager/service crew experience * What You''ll do at Eileen Roofing: * Understand and prepare takeoffs/estimates for assigned jobs * Attending pre-tender site meetings to prepare an accurate estimate * Prepare site condition reports and provide quotation based on the required repairs * Review all contracts and accepted quotations. Review with Management for final approval * Write up work orders completely and in a concise and timely manner so to assist scheduling and purchasing of materials at the best prices. * Prepare materials order sheets for jobs * Schedule and provide details of repairs to the service crew * Scheduling service for Maintenance Contracts * Develop good working relationships with current clients to ensure full quality and satisfaction * Develop new clients; maintain and grow ongoing business relationships through direct and frequent communication. * Identifying and sourcing out prospective clients from various sectors to achieving business targets. * Generate leads for new business * Attend construction meetings throughout projects * Provide and update project schedule * Submit all required documents and product data sheets * Ensure foreman and crew are adhering to project specifications during construction * Submit any RFIs and change orders as required * Communicate with client and consultants throughout project **About Us:** Operating since 1996, **Eileen Roofing Inc.** is a family owned business that provides several roofing services for residential and commercial projects.
