This role is essential in ensuring that properties are well-maintained and that all repairs are completed to high standards. **Responsibilities** * Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. * Troubleshoot issues and conduct repairs promptly to minimize downtime. * Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. * Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify areas needing attention or improvement. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress. * Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks to ensure a safe working environment. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for maintenance tasks. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. * A valid drivers license and vehicle is needed for travel between job sites. * Flexibility to work on various projects as needed, adapting to changing priorities.
