**We are:** An Award Winning, dynamic, collaborative team providing Residential Renovations & New Construction services to clients throughout the Lower mainland; with a mission of Service, Excellence, and Innovation. **You are:** A highly skilled trade with attention to detail and seeking a full-time opportunity, with room to grow into a leadership position. **We are looking to fill 2 roles. One should reside in the North Shore-Vancouver area and one in the Burnaby area as work will primarily be in these areas.** **Summary:** The primary responsibility for the Red Seal Carpenter is to support the Construction Manager as requested to keep the project moving forward. **Health & Minimum requirements:** Healthy & physically fit Own PPE and personal tools Have your own transportation to and from jobsites all over the lower mainland, and hold a valid BC Drivers License Clear communication in the English language and able to follow instructions **Minimum 5 year Residential Renovation or New Construction experience required** **Red Seal Carpentry Ticket (Or able to challenge)** **General Responsibilities:** 1. Follow site safety rules. 2. Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and safely: forming, framing, finishing, door and window install, clean up, and other various carpentry tasks 3. Electrical/painting/plumbing/drywall are all subcontracted out but you need to have a general understanding of these other trades; and how they work together in house as a system 4.
