Training will be provided. * Follow direction from your Crew Lead and Project Manager * Travel to job sites across Eastern Ontario (occasional overnight stays as needed with travel and meal expenses paid) * Work safely at heights (fall protection training provided) * Use tools and machinery (forklifts, telehandlers, welderstraining available) * Maintain a safe, respectful job site and support your crew * Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques * Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety **You''re a Great Fit If You:** * Are reliable, hard-working, and **take pride in your work** * Have experience in **construction, farming, landscaping, or mechanical repairs** * Like working with your hands and **mechanically inclined** * Enjoy being **active and outdoors** year-round * Communicate clearly and contribute to a **strong team culture** * Want a **career**, not just a job **Bonus Points If You:** * Have operated forklifts, telehandlers, or welders (but not required) * Have experience working in agriculture, farming or similar industry * Are ready to take on more responsibility as a future Crew Leader * Have completed a Millwright 433A (Industrial Stream) or similar pre-apprenticeship program **What to Expect in the Hiring Process:** **1. Zoom Prescreen (1520 min)** A short virtual meeting to learn more about your work experience, goals, and questions about the role. This helps us get to know each other before moving forward. **3.In-Person Interview** Youll meet our team in Winchester for a deeper conversation about the role and your experience. **Crew Leader Path (if applicable)** Candidates being considered for a leadership role can expect an interview focused on: Jobsite or crew leadership experience; Decision-making, delegation, and safety practices; Training or mentoring others **4. Offer & Pre-Employment Checks** Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer, pending a **criminal background check** and **drivers abstract**, as well as reference check.
