All of these with a deep commitment to Harm Reduction practices.Your Opportunity to Lead ChangeGood Shepherd is currently inviting applications for positions on our Boards of Directors, from Toronto or the Niagara area. We are looking for individuals who bring leadership, professional expertise, innovative thinking, and a commitment to social justice to help guide our agencies. As part of our commitment to inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility, our goal is a governance structure that reflects the communities we serve. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or expertise in the following areas:Lived experience with homelessnessSocial mediaLegalConstruction/DevelopmentMental health sectorIf you have experience in other areas, we would love to hear from you.CommitmentCommit to a minimum of 3 years (maximum three 3-year terms).Attend the Annual Members Meeting (held in Hamilton).Participate in Board and Committee meetings, which are held every 2 months in a hybrid format (in-person and/or virtual).
