Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for: Providing personalized product advice to customers and contributing to the achievement of store sales targets. Maintaining high standards in merchandising displays and store presentation. Offering exceptional customer service through face-to-face and phone interactions. Completing sale documentation and utilizing internal till and stock systems efficiently. Performing alterations and fittings for customers. Maintaining extensive knowledge of products and brands. Attending and participating in brand events. Building strong relationships with clients and developing client books. Providing in-store after-sales service and collaborating with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Coaching and training other sales associates as needed and supporting new hires during their integration process. Serving as the main point of contact on the floor when management is unavailable. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess: A minimum of 3 years'' experience in retail, with a significant portion spent in luxury settings. Prior experience in the watch industry is highly desirable. A professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills. The ability to develop comprehensive knowledge of brands and products. The capacity to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.
