About this Role We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Advisory Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Advisory Manager, you will provide guidance and support on accounting policies and financial reporting matters, including the interpretation and application of relevant accounting standards. You will advise on complex accounting considerations during the development and review of internal and external business submissions and initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare and review documentation, memos, and presentations to communicate accounting positions and recommendations to various internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will lead and support the resolution of complex accounting issues in collaboration with departments across the organization and with external partners. You will also act as a key point of contact for accounting-related advice to cross-functional teams across finance, operations, legal, and other business units. As an Accounting Advisory Manager, you will promote the application of internal accounting policies and financial reporting standards to ensure accurate and reliable financial information. Furthermore, you will offer subject matter expertise and daily support on technical accounting matters across the organization. You will manage a team responsible for delivering accounting advisory services and addressing complex accounting challenges. Your contributions to departmental priorities will be valued, supporting key projects or stepping in to assist with advisory work based on team needs and resource allocation.
