Clinical Nurse Educator Job Opportunity The Heights at Mt. View Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Full time Job Description A clinical educator and practice lead is required to advance clinical excellence, support team development, and lead quality initiatives that align with our mission and values. You will support quality and education initiatives for long-term care for four days a week and in assisted living for one day a week. Key Responsibilities 1. Assess educational needs, develop content, and deliver learning programs for clinical teams. 2. Provide mentorship, orientation, and ongoing training for team members. 3. Support performance improvement and continuing education. 4. Lead organization-wide clinical initiatives and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory expectations. Qualifications Required skills include a registered nurse (BCCNM) or degree in a recognized health science/professional program. A strong understanding of seniors'' needs, adult learning principles, and change management are also necessary. Experience with RAI-MDS, PointClickCare, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics is desired. Additionally, a demonstrated commitment to servant leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care are essential. Benefits Our competitive compensation package includes an annual salary range between $101,000 to $117,000.
