Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely receipt of parts, fuel, and consumables. You will also monitor warehouse operations and contents by establishing and following inventory control procedures/protocols. You will control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and maintain the organization of the warehouse. Your ability to identify opportunities for improvement will be key in maintaining an efficient warehouse operation. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will source parts from multiple vendors and prepare requisitions as needed. You will pick up parts and deliver them to repair shops, support the onsite maintenance and maintenance group for the preventative maintenance program, and manage SAP master data for the PM module. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock levels, tracking parts, and ensuring timely restocking. You will place and process orders, verify shipments, and ensure accurate invoices. Your supplier relations skills will enable you to collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery times, and quality standards. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. You will conduct physical inventory checks and ensure proper storage of parts. Your strong communication skills will enable you to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
