About the Role The Account Sales Executive is responsible for the management, development and implementation of approved strategic account plans to expand sales to customer''s full market share potential. This role involves negotiating contracts and price increases for assigned accounts while tracking sales and managing budget forecasting to increase existing accounts sales and EVA/profitability. This position requires creating sales presentations, leading RFPs and re-bids, and developing programs to increase customer satisfaction/retention and loyalty through service offerings collaboration with global partners. Key Responsibilities Strengthen and grow customer relationships through innovation and customer centricity. Work horizontally and vertically across the organization to leverage global relationships and provide value to customer portfolio. Develop high-level strategic account plans in Salesforce.com (SFDC) ensuring regular documentation of account plans, sales activities, opportunity tracking, and account escalations. Forecast, set and track short-term and long-term budget, sales, revenue and account level profitability targets ensuring year-over-year account growth and expansion of market share objectives. Identify account development and value creation opportunities beyond core services through collaborative customer engagement techniques. Lead RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, re-bids and contract negotiations with assigned accounts, negotiate price increases as required. Drive strategy and creation of major sales presentations and business reviews, act as leader for meeting preparation and execution. Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and field/corporate partners to identify customer opportunities for growth and expansion and issues and solutions to increase customer penetration and satisfaction. Owning over strategic governance and client relationship health, expanding web of influence and ensuring at least four levels of governance are managed and maintained. About You Education: Completion of post-secondary education in sales, marketing, business or a related field or equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility. Experience: Five years working experience in large enterprise sales and/or account management preferably in the service industry. Proven track record of sales development within assigned accounts/territory. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of labour and employment laws. Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales-related tools such as Salesforce. Proficiency in PC software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
