Job Description As a member of our Estimating Team, you will gain practical knowledge of local Fire & Life Safety regulations, our services, and our customer-centric approach to best support our clients and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with our business development and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Objectives & Responsibilities Convert inspection reports into a presentable format for our clients by reviewing, editing, and finalizing data. Create quotations based on noted deficiencies/repairs on the inspection reports and/or work scopes. Communicate and coordinate with Field Technicians to verify information on inspection report and/or work scope to ensure Quotations are accurate and all encompassing. Follow department guidelines and metrics as advised to achieve company strategic goals. Assist and support internal departments as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Computer literate; confident navigating various software systems. General knowledge of quoting and quotation presentation. Ability to present technical data in clear and simple terms. Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; ability to manage various high-priority tasks while planning for and meeting deadlines as needed.
