He / she / they support team culture to drive the business.Assistant Personal Training Managers should be goal oriented, results driven, eager to interact with members, and excited to develop and manage a team of high performing talent.The Assistant Personal Training role is a three-to-six-month special assignment, which will be evaluated regularly during the course of an organizational pilot. At the concision of the pilot, the Assistant Personal Training Manager will engage in, and provide feedback on pilot effectiveness and review the continuation of the special assignment, in which the Assistant Personal Training Manger would be placed into a comparable role within the Personal Training Dept.Business Leadership :Pipeline management including daily cleanup and phone callsPerform daily session audits on both complimentary and paid services and provide timely and constructive feedbackSupport relationships with Operations and Sales leveraging Chalk Talk as a guideAbility to forge meaningful relationships with key club leaders and identify partnership opportunities to support and key PT initiativesAssist with business performance by supporting the monthly action planHold the team accountable for branded, quality member interactions i.e. Fitness Specialist Hours, Special Events etc.Collaborate with Personal Training Manager to craft and execute a meaningful monthly trainers forum (meeting)Champion Personal Training service standards by engaging in Club Membership to seek feedback and identify areas of opportunity to course correct or establish best practices on delivering a category of one member experienceOperational Management :Maintain PT presentation standards including Bio Boards, Nametags and UniformsSupport team payroll and ensure time & attendance compliancePerformance Management (Formally and informally) of CoachesEquifit administration and communicationsSupport new Coach onboarding, administration and logisticsDemonstrate a sharpening business acumen, identifying trends and insights to increase profitabilitySupport all operational SOPs including administrative duties associated with client outreach and staff accountabilitiesAchieve and maintain team headcount target through active management of the interview processSupporter of Team Culture :Ongoing Coach development that would support the personal training development meetingActs as the Manager on Duty when Personal Training Manager is not in clubMentor and develop ramping CoachesSupport and foster team commitment to ongoing education opportunities to ensure high standards and delivery of quality programmingQualificationsPosition Requirements :Current national certification, CPR / AED, First Aid.
