Job Title: Food Processing Technician Dairy Production This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in industrial automation and process control. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring dairy processing equipment to ensure efficient and safe food production. About You: You must have relevant education or an equivalent experience level in electrical, electronics, instrumentation engineering, electromechanical engineering, or mechanical engineering. Fluency in HMI systems and automated control interfaces is required. About the Role: The Food Processing Technician Dairy Production is responsible for operating and monitoring dairy processing equipment using HMI systems and automated controls. You will perform operational adjustments and troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation issues. Maintaining accurate production and troubleshooting logs is crucial. Requirements: Strong understanding of instrumentation and process automation. Technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial automation or food processing. 12 years of experience in food manufacturing or similar environment. A successful candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills, as well as physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in high-paced, hot/cold environments. A HTST license is preferred but not required.
