Job Description

Contract Role: Receptionist We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, and supporting HR with scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to learn and grow within the role. Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required. This is a 3 month contract to permanent position, with the possibility of extension. The candidate must be available to start ASAP.
