Key Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to manage complex financial and business analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will provide recommendations to Senior Management, acting as a trusted advisor with strong financial expertise. The successful candidate will drive analysis on new business opportunities, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis The selected individual will conduct financial evaluations, including forecasting, valuation, and cost assessments across various market segments. The position requires applying a solid understanding of different business models and industry dynamics to support growth initiatives. The key deliverable is designing, implementing, and managing reporting tools and analytics dashboards to track performance and strategic outcomes. Anticipate future reporting needs and develop KPI''s and success metrics accordingly. Annual planning and budgeting processes need to be overseen The role also involves developing working relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams across the organization to drive collaboration and alignment. Required Skills and Qualifications About You: Minimum 4 years'' experience in a financial analysis position. Experience with financial analysis, Excel modeling, reporting, and FP+A. Preferably experience within the Wealth Management, brokerage, or Financial Services industry. Completion of or working towards a financial/accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) and/or CFA or MBA is strongly preferred.
