HR Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in a growing organization. You will support the HR department in various administrative, onboarding, and employee relations functions, ensuring a positive employee experience. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and prepare offer letters Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes Employee Records and HRIS Data: Maintain accurate and confidential records and data Benefit Administration: Assist with benefit administration and respond to employee inquiries Performance Review and Training: Support performance review and training initiatives HR Policies and Procedures: Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and templates Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department and leadership team Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication skills and high level of professionalism Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus CHRP designation (or working towards it) is considered an asset Why Apply?
