This senior-level opportunity will allow you to utilize your exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee projects, develop training programs, drive process improvements, and collaborate with senior leadership to provide expertise and contribute to strategic planning. You will be responsible for leading and developing the estimating team, ensuring process accuracy, managing daily job calendars, coordinating with sales, conducting risk assessments, delivering technical training, supporting the estimating and sales teams, and continuously improving processes and tools. The educational requirements include a university degree or diploma in mechanical systems, mechanical engineering, or related disciplines, along with over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
