Business Performance Analyst Position Overview ''> This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Business Performance Analyst to join our team. ''> About the Opportunity: ''> ''> Build and Present Financial Forecasts ''> The successful candidate will be responsible for building and presenting full-year estimates of the profit and loss statement (P&L) and cash flow statement (CF). ''> Develop Strategic Plans ''> You will develop and present forward-looking strategic plans, including financial forecasts and detailed one-year financial budgets. ''> Analyze Financial Results ''> The ideal candidate will analyze current financial results on a monthly basis and build reports/presentations for discussion with regional teams. ''> Perform BPR Analysis ''> You will perform monthly business performance review (BPR) analysis, including volume-price mix (VPM), revenue and COGS analysis, and cash flow validation. ''> Validate Managerial Reporting Data ''> The successful candidate will validate managerial reporting data sets submitted by A&R Managers, including MRT, FGP net, and revenue drivers. ''> Lead Initiatives ''> You will lead initiatives such as the ''EverGreen'' initiative and SKU profitability analysis. ''> Support Ad-Hoc Requests ''> The ideal candidate will support ad-hoc requests as required. ''> ''> About You: ''> ''> 5-6 Years'' Experience in FP&A or Financial Strategy Role ''> You must have at least 5-6 years of experience in a finance planning and analysis (FP&A) or financial strategy role. ''> Strong Excel Skills ''> The successful candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience with PowerBI or other data tools. ''> Similar Industry Experience ''> Candidates with similar industry experience, particularly in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, distribution, manufacturing, or tangible goods-based industries, are highly desirable. ''> CPA Designation (Asset) ''> A CPA designation is considered an asset but not mandatory. ''> Benefits: ''> ''> Competitive Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000/year ''> The salary range for this position is competitive and based on factors such as skill sets, experience, and location.
