About the Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to drive strategic decision-making and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex financial analysis, providing recommendations to senior management, and driving analysis on new business opportunities. Manage financial and business analysis to inform strategic decision-making Provide recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights Drive analysis on new business opportunities, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial evaluations, including forecasting, valuation, and cost assessments across various market segments. They will also design, implement, and manage reporting tools and analytics dashboards to track performance and strategic outcomes. A key aspect of this role is the ability to develop working relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams across the organization. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage financial planning and analysis processes Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking Design and implement reporting tools and analytics dashboards Requirements: 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field Proven track record of managing complex financial analysis Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive salary range: $105,000 - $115,000/year Hybrid work environment Great compensation package Lots of learning and development opportunities About You: Minimum 4 years'' experience working in a financial analysis position Experience with financial analysis, excel modeling, reporting, and FP&A Experience within the wealth management, brokerage, and/or financial services industry preferred Completion of or working towards a financial/accounting designation (CPA: CA, CMA, CGA) and/or CFA or MBA is strongly preferred University degree with a business focus (Accounting, Economics, Commerce preferred)
