Financial Operations Role About the Company We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. This role will involve leading complex financial analysis and business operations to support strategic decision-making. This position requires an individual with strong financial expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide recommendations to senior management. About the Opportunity This is a key leadership role that involves managing financial and business analysis to drive strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of different business models and industry dynamics. This position also involves driving analysis on new business opportunities, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis. Responsibilities include conducting financial evaluations, including forecasting, valuation, and cost assessments across various market segments. Additionally, this role involves designing, implementing, and managing reporting tools and analytics dashboards to track performance and strategic outcomes. The successful candidate will oversee the annual planning and budgeting processes. This position also requires developing working relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams across the organization to drive collaboration and alignment. About You Minimum 4 years'' experience working in a financial analysis position. Experience with financial analysis, Excel modeling, reporting, and FP+A is required. Prior experience within the Wealth Management, brokerage, and/or Financial Services industry is preferred. A completion of or working towards a financial/accounting designation (CPA: CA, CMA, CGA) and/or CFA or MBA is strongly preferred.
