This role will involve performing a variety of clerical, administrative and office support duties. Job Description: This temporary Administrative Assistant position will help with locating missing vested members from the pension plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of six to twelve months of office experience in a fast-paced environment Experience in the use of general office equipment Ability to multitask with attention to detail Ability to work both independently and closely with others in a team environment Ability to follow directions and work within set timelines Proactive, self-starter Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills are an asset Accurate keyboarding skills of 50 wpm Pension and/or Benefit Plan office experience is an asset Previous data entry input experience is an asset Benefits: As this is a unionized position through MoveUP/COPE Local 378 under the Construction Affiliated Trade Union Bargaining Unit (CIATU), the selected candidate will enjoy a range of benefits.
