About this role Provides leadership in areas of financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and audit. Oversees all planning, forecasting, accounting and reporting activities related to capital expenditures. Manages all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning. Prepares related financial reporting to leaders and committees. Manages the organization''s capital budget. Oversees treasury activities. Oversees all ancillary financial activities. About you You must have a CPA designation. A university degree (preferably Business or Commerce) is required. You must have at least 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization with at least 2 years of finance leadership function, preferably in a healthcare setting. Prior experience in capital accounting, planning and reporting is required. You must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of GAAP as applicable to hospitals. You should have knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques as they relate to financial targets, timeliness, client and staff satisfaction. You must be able to consolidate and summarize data in a presentation format for senior management''s review and assessment. Pay Transparency Notice The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
