Job Title: Production Manager Welding Fabrication Shop Foreman We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to oversee the production process in our welding fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with experience in custom metal fabrication. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage a team of production supervisors and lead them in achieving productivity and material labor usage goals. Develop and implement strategies for capacity optimization and work closely with HR, Quality, and H&S departments. Be responsible for production planning, scheduling, material planning, and supervision. Ensure adherence to Canadian Health & Safety requirements and develop initiatives for Continuous Improvement. Requirements: A minimum of 10 years'' experience as a welder/welder fitter/machinist and 7-8 years'' leadership experience as a Production Manager/Plant Manager within Canadian Health & Safety requirements. Hands-on welding experience/experienced welder (MIG TIG) with leadership/management/team lead experience. Ability to relocate to the Guelph-Cambridge-Kitchener, ON area or be legally eligible to work in Canada. What We Offer: A competitive salary and benefits package.
