Office Services Coordinator Job Description We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Main Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, communicate with employees, and maintain a clean and neat Reception area. Welcome visitors, sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, fold, stuff and mail AR cheques, and open and distribute incoming courier packages. Prepare outgoing courier packages, manage package tracking, administer boardroom booking requests, arrange for lunch and refreshments, implement a ticketing system, order supplies, maintain inventory, and book hotel rooms via an online portal. Manage the entire set of office keys, key log, and master keys, arrange for lunch, coffee, and water for meetings, manage coffee service, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, point of contact for cleaning staff, facilitate basic building maintenance requests, stock paper supply, manage staff nameplates, order business cards, and post communication notices. Qualifications: University or College education 1-3 years of office work experience Experience working in Excel and Word Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability Knowledge of office rules, standards, and safe work practices Results-driven with ability to deliver success in a fast-paced environment Outcome-focused, critical thinker with ability to analyse and visualize to ensure continuous improvement Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives Superb communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness in overcoming business challenges Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) software required
