About the Role: We are seeking a Bilingual Field Trainer to support our client, Nespresso, by delivering best-in-class training to our internal team members across Canada. In this pivotal role, you''ll be responsible for onboarding, upskilling, and coaching Match Retail employeesensuring they are brand-ready, knowledgeable, and equipped to deliver exceptional in-store experiences on behalf of the client. Your Responsibilities: Deliver bilingual (English & French) training to Match Retail field staff through virtual sessions, in-person coaching, and on-demand resources. Develop and execute structured training plans aligned with brand innovation, campaign launches, and seasonal priorities. Regularly update training content to reflect new products, marketing strategies, and industry trends. Conduct field coaching visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and reinforce training in real-time. Create and manage internal communication plans to keep teams informed, aligned, and engaged. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Field Operations, Client Services) to identify training needs and measure effectiveness. Track training completion, performance improvements, and feedback to inform continuous improvement. Be the go-to expert and brand champion for the assigned CPG client program within Match Retail. You Bring: 13 years of experience in training, field education, or retail brand ambassadorship (ideally in CPG or premium products). Fluency in both English and French is required. Proven ability to create training plans, build materials, and deliver content across various formats (virtual, in-field, video, live). Confident facilitator with outstanding presentation and communication skills. Strong coaching mindset and ability to provide actionable, motivational feedback. Skilled at aligning training initiatives with business goals and brand expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital training tools, and mobile communication platforms. Valid driver''s license and access to a reliable vehicle for field coaching visits. Why Join?
