**Social Worker Role Summary** A Social Worker plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care to individuals and families affected by mental health, substance use, or behavioral addictions. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based interventions, including assessments, counseling, treatment coordination, case management, group programming, and therapeutic support services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines. A Bachelor degree in Social Work or Master''s degree in Clinical Social Work is required, along with eligibility for registration with the PEI Social Work Registration Board. Key responsibilities include providing a wide range of screening, assessment, and treatment modalities, conducting psycho-social assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
