About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned corporate trainer to lead our M365 training initiatives. As a champion for M365 adoption, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and users. Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate training with various enterprise systems. They must be highly proficient in providing training for the M365 suite, including CoPilot, Supporting AI projects, Power Automate, and OneDrive. A strong background in documentation is also essential. The successful candidate will work closely with business functional teams to understand their existing processes and suggest M365 tools to improve efficiency. They will also be responsible for presenting the business case to executives and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate training with various enterprise systems Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in providing training for M365 suite Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation Strong communication skills Able to commute to Markham office 4 days/week Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 per year, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
