'',''* Respond to candidate enquiries via telephone and email. '',''* Review and approve examination applications according to the Eligibility Policy. '',''* Ensure examination provider generated communication is accurate and in line with COPR policies and procedures. '',''* Provide on-call support on examination days from the time the first candidate starts until the last candidate completes the examination. '',''* Conduct video audits on examination day and post examination. '',''* Conduct quality assurance review of candidate results and addresses issues within 48 hours of scheduled release of results. '',''Required Skills and Qualifications: '',''* Graduate of recognized post-secondary program with a minimum of five years'' experience in examination practices and/or a regulatory environment, or a combination of education and work experience. '',''* Excellent writing and editing skills. '',''* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. '',''* Experience using Customer Success Management (CSM) software is an asset.
