Product Specialist Construction ERP (Hybrid with high remote, Canada/US)Work Eglibility and Location:Hybrid Markham, Ontario. You'll play a pivotal role in pre-sales demonstrations, product training, and client enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Demonstrations & Sales SupportDeliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to prospectsSupport sales representatives during the pre-sales processQualify client needs and map product functionality to business outcomesClient Enablement & Solution SupportAssist existing customers with feature adoption and product optimizationParticipate in webinars, trade shows, and user events as a subject matter expertField questions around functionality, particularly within accounting, payroll, and job costingProduct Knowledge & CollaborationDevelop expertise in the ERP platform, particularly modules related to financials, project management, and field operationsShare client feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product enhancementsCollaborate with Marketing and Sales on demo environments and campaign follow-upInternal ReadinessHelp train internal teams on product features, updates, and best practicesContribute to CRM tracking and pre-sales documentation35+ years in a Product Specialist, Pre-Sales, or SaaS Client Success roleDemonstrated experience with ERP or accounting software platformsSolid understanding of accounting workflows such as GL, AR/AP, job costing, and payrollFamiliarity with the construction, HVAC, or service contracting industriesStrong presentation, communication, and client-facing skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related fieldWhat We're Looking ForSelf-motivated, confident, and comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and problem-solving mindsetA collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environmentsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to travel ~2 weeks/year for events, and attend monthly team sessions (remote travel covered)
