Youll have the opportunity to work on meaningful claims, drive impactful outcomes, and contribute to service excellence in a collaborative and inclusive environment.Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of casualty/liability claims from start to resolution, ensuring effective and timely outcomes for clients.Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and maintain accurate claim management records and reporting data.Provide expert guidance and support throughout the claims lifecycle while adhering to industry best practices.Qualifications: Minimum 6+ years of experience adjusting Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims, ideally within field-based insurance or adjusting roles.A strong work ethic, excellent organization skills, and a high level of professionalism.A valid Canadian drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).Post-secondary education: University degree or College diploma preferred.Articulate, methodical, and energetic approach to managing multiple priorities.If interested and to learn more, please apply by submitting your resume for review and consideration!
