Kehoe Equipment Ltd., a trusted name in Albertas HVAC&R industry for over 45 years, is looking to grow our team with the addition of a Technical Sales Representative. We represent some of the most respected names in the industry including Daikin, Taco, DriSteem, and more and we're known for delivering value through deep technical expertise and trusted relationships.The Ideal Candidate:Youre not just a salesperson you're a problem solver. Maybe youre a Red Seal journeyperson in refrigeration or sheet metal, or someone who's been on the tools and now wants to transition into a more technical sales role. Either way, you understand mechanical systems, can read plans and specs, and are eager to work closely with contractors, engineers, and building owners.What Youll Do:Manage and grow relationships with mechanical contractors, consultants, and end users.Help size and select HVAC&R equipment for commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects.Work with manufacturers on quoting, application support, and project follow-up.Support customers from concept through commissioning and beyond.What You Bring:HVAC&R or mechanical trades experience (refrigeration or sheet metal preferred).Strong communication skills comfortable with people on-site or in the boardroom.Desire to learn the sales side of the industry (experience is a plus, but not required).Self-motivation, reliability, and a drive to be part of a great team.Why Join Us?Competitive compensation package with bonus opportunities.Small, experienced team with strong mentorship and support.Exposure to some of the most interesting mechanical projects in Alberta.A business built on loyalty, relationships, and doing things the right way.
