We are thrilled to have expanded our operations across both the North American and European markets!--Location: Downtown Toronto (Richmond & Bathurst)Work Environment: 100% in officeLocation: Office located Downtown Toronto (Richmond & Bathurst) 555 Richmond Street WestStart Date: ASAP The Position80% Recruitment and Onboarding (focus on Sales)Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, with a strong emphasis on Sales hiring, including managing high volumes of calls and emails.Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by nurturing relationships with inbound applicants and proactively reaching out to potential candidates through cold calling and emailing.Create and manage job postings for open positionsNavigate social media and job boards, to creatively map out pools of talent and promote employment opportunities within our companyResponsible for identifying and developing new recruitment opportunities and building on existing relationshipsCreating strong relationships with our internal managers, to understand their current and future hiring needsConduct comprehensive phone screenings and participate in in-person interviews as needed to assess candidate fit.Manage and issue employment offers to candidates ensuring all details are accurateDeliver timely feedback to all candidates throughout the recruitment process.Support the development and administration of orientation and onboarding for each new starterAssist in regular check-ins with each staff to ensure they are adapting to our onboarding process and they have all the necessary tools for success20% Office & CultureAssist with the coordination, documentation, and communication of employee departuresSupport onboarding, training, and day-to-day management of co-op studentsTrack and report on recruitment department spend and budgetMaintain the overall tidiness and functionality of the office space, ensuring it remains organized and well-stockedManage the procurement of office supplies, snacks, and other essentialsAssisting in maintaining a positive online presence by reviewing and responding to company reviews, and assisting with recruitment-focused social media tools such as InstagramLeading the planning and execution of internal events and company socials (Summer Party, Holiday Party and End of Month Socials!)Occasionally assist our Event Operations team with onsite event execution which involves traveling to events, set up, tear down and executionQualifications1+ years of recruitment, sales, and/or fast-paced customer serviceExcellent administrative, organizational, and time management skillsStrong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and qualityComfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on metrics and performance outcomesTrack record of process improvementsHigh level of initiative and ownershipExceptional written and oral communication skillsStrong presentation skillsPost-secondary education is preferredValid passport and ability to travel to the USA up to 3x per yearWhats In It For You?Base salary and bonus with annual review period for growthBenefits after 3 months + extended mental health and life advice tools and support hubCorporate discount for Goodlife gym membership and flexible lunch hourIncentives and opportunity for travel to participate in our business summitsEnd-of-month work socials with lots of pingpong, snacks and drinks in addition to our Summer and Winter annual parties10 days vacation + 5 personal days, plus all business days between Dec 25th - Jan 1st are bonus paid holidays for all staff!Fast-track to the weekend with Fridays ending at 4:30PMWorking hours: Normal business hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, with a lunch break for one hour between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.Generis is an equal opportunity employer.
