Bilingual Life Insurance Donor Coordinator Full time Permanent Location: Hybrid, Montreal, QCHours: Monday Friday, Core Hours 9:00 am 5:00pm (40 hrs./week). You will serve as the key point of contact for both donors and their financial advisors, ensuring that each policy donation is thoroughly assessed, efficiently managed, and successfully completed.Responsibilities: Triage & EvaluationReview and prioritize incoming donation inquiries.Assess completeness and suitability of initial donor information.Coordinate early-stage screening with financial and medical partners.Medical Underwriting CoordinationWork with medical underwriters and APS (attending physician statement) providers to obtain and manage medical records.Ensure underwriting results are documented clearly and on time.Donation DecisioningBuild and document internal recommendation cases.Apply financial and actuarial criteria (e.g., life expectancy and internal rate of return) to determine donation viability.Donor Onboarding & ExecutionCoordinate all required documentation and signatures.Collaborate with advisors to facilitate policy transfers and conversions (e.g., term to permanent).Liaise with actuaries to obtain Fair Market Value (FMV) reports.Ensure timely issuance and delivery of charitable tax receipts.Enter and track all data accurately in Salesforce.Qualifications: Bilingual Fluent in English and French.5+ years of experience in life insurance, financial services, or wealth management is a major asset.Comfortable with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).Resilience and determination to follow complex cases through to completion.Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage donors and advisors with empathy and clarity.Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail; you sweat the small stuff.High-integrity professionals can work independently while managing multiple priorities.Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
