This key position offers the opportunity to participate in the building and maintenance of strong prospect relationships, and the potential to earn a solid six figure income with an established employer. Summit Fleet has built a strong brand and reputation for providing responsive and consultative service, and we deliver results!ResponsibilitiesIdentify and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospectsDevelop and maintain relationships with all people involved in the decision processAbility to present proposals and solutions to all levels of staff, including executivesMaintain and share knowledge of competitors in this marketCommunicate with Summit Client Service and Account Management staff regularlyParticipate in ongoing Summit sales training and industry product learningMaintain a database of qualified prospects within Summits CRM - SalesforceRegional travel is requiredQualificationsWe need the right personality for the job, someone who can work with a team and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.Post-Secondary education with business/financial degree is preferredMinimum 2 years of proven success in a business development or account management roleStrong written, oral, and presentation skills are requiredProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of leasing, financing, and fleet management practices is an assetExperience using Salesforce is an assetFleet or dealership experience is an assetIf you have the horsepower to join a fast-paced environment and hit our high standards let's talk.
