With 3,000+ creators on our platform todayand ambitious plans to scale to 50,000+were building the future of the creator economy, and we want you to help us get there.What Youll DoChampion the creator journey, owning the end-to-end experience for thousands of BlastOff users and ensuring they maximize their revenue and engagement.Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and automations to support explosive growthfrom 3,000 to 50,000 creators and beyond.Help gamify the creator experiencebrainstorm, build, and launch features like achievement badges, progress milestones, and community leaderboards to drive engagement, motivation, and long-term loyalty.Serve as the primary point of contact for creators: provide proactive support, education, and strategic guidance to help them thrive.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for creator needs and continuously improve the platform.Analyze creator data and feedback to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for retention and growth.Build and launch onboarding programs, training materials, and community initiatives that foster creator success and loyalty.Manage escalations and complex issues with empathy, efficiency, and a problem-solving mindset.Track and report on key metrics: retention, satisfaction, revenue growth, and more.What Were Looking ForProven experience in client or customer success, ideally in tech, SaaS, or creator/digital content platforms.
