We look forward to reviewing your resume!Location:On-site | 88 Fulton Way, Richmond Hill, ONType:Full-Time | Salary + Benefits + Paid Time OffReports to:Senior National Sales Manager, VAR/DMRJob Requirements:A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldExperience in technology manufacturer/IT B2B businessStrong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving sales goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey TP-Links products informationGood negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with sales team membersAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externallyAbility to proactively cold call into net new accounts to drive new businessExcellent time management and prioritization skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteTechnical background in Networking is an assetEligibility to work in CanadaEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Strategically plan for business growth by achieving B2B sales targetsActively seek new sales prospects through networking, cold calling, and referralsMake sales calls to existing customers to promote products and servicesEstablish, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existent clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessDraft and present sales proposals and quotes to clientsMaintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunitiesAttend and represent TP-Link at local and national exhibitionsPlan and execute marketing programsPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationProvide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and informationWork collaboratively with sales engineers to provide outstanding customer support services to customersMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the companyContinuously update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) database to track sales activities and customer interactionsStay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales growthOccasional provincial/interprovincial travel will be requiredIn Accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), TP-Link Canada strives to ensure that all recruiting processes are non-discriminatory.
