What Youll Do Conduct virtual one-on-one lactation consultations via HD video and chat Assess latch, positioning, and milk-transfer challenges, offering real-time adjustments Develop personalized feeding plans that support supply optimization and maternal comfort Educate parents on pumping, storage, and returning to work or school while breastfeeding Troubleshoot common concerns: low milk supply, engorgement, mastitis, tongue ties, and more Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like Building a Healthy Milk Supply and Breastfeeding & Beyond Provide follow-up support to adjust strategies based on feeding logs and parent feedback Document session notes, milestones, and next steps in your MissPoppins coach portal Youre a Great Fit If You: Hold IBCLC certification (or equivalent) with hands-on breastfeeding support experience Are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and nurturing in your coaching approach Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor Want to focus on clinical expertisewithout the admin, marketing, and billing overhead Why Join MissPoppins?
