This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about leveraging technology to optimize the construction lifecycle. You will play a critical part in supporting cost planning and pricing strategies for complex building envelope projects.Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings- Help develop pricing for aluminum windows, curtain walls, and associated components- Maintain and update pricing databases and estimation templates- Support proposal development for commercial and residential projects- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project teams to gather inputs for estimates- Participate in risk assessments, value engineering, and cost-saving exercises- Utilize digital tools including Siber's custom Product Lifecycle Management software for estimating and project tracking- Attend internal training on product systems and estimation techniquesQualifications- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit is a plus- Strong attention to detail with good mathematical and analytical skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Team-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines- A strong desire and willingness to work with technology-driven systems- Interest in the faade, fenestration, or glazing industry is highly desirableWhat We Offer- A team-first, innovation-driven environment- Exposure to iconic projects across Canada and the U.S.- Continuous professional development and internal mentorship- Opportunities to work with international supply chain and QA/QC systems- Competitive salary and benefits package
