Job Title: Industrial Equipment Specialist About the Role: As an Industrial Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations. You will work on installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment, supporting our commitment to sustainable energy production. Main Responsibilities: - Regular Maintenance: Provide routine maintenance to machines, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, productivity, and environmental standards. - Mechanical Work: Install, maintain, inspect, and repair a wide variety of mechanical equipment. - Team Collaboration: Work with other trades in a team environment to enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and production. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Successful completion of maintenance tasks within designated timeframes. - Adherence to safety protocols and procedures. - Collaborative approach to working with team members to achieve common goals. Skill Requirements: - Fourth Year Millwright Apprentice certification is required. - Welding and fabricating experience is an asset. - Familiarity with wet precipitators and heavy industry operations is beneficial.
