Job Description

Drawing on industry experience in a financial services firm or previous experience in an administrative role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Financial Advisor team and outstanding service to client. The right candidate is self-motivated with exceptional administrative skills, has a dependable nature and brings an ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls; Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments; Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; Initiate and manage a proactive social media campaign. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Internet Explorer and business related software; Previous experience with use of Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube); Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; Licenses and Certifications ~ Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset. Previous experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is an asset.
