Healthcare Professional Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Campbell River, BC. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 4 on 2 off, evenings. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Nursing Care: Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals. Provide personal care and support services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Leadership and Supervision: Directly supervise and mentor care staff to ensure high-quality resident care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements Education and Experience: Diploma or degree in Licensed Practical Nursing from an accredited program. Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC. CPR and First Aid certification. Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
